About me

I’m a Rubicon fellow in the computational biology lab of Dana Pe’er at Columbia University. My current research focuses on using single-cell RNA-sequencing data to understand information processing in gene networks.

Previously, I worked as a postdoc with Eran Segal at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where I developed methods for predicting gene expression, at the single-cell level, from the promoter DNA sequence.

I did my Ph.D. with Peter Sloot and Jaap Kaandorp, both in the computational science group at the University of Amsterdam, and Eran Segal at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
